  1. Shipping & Pickup Policy

 

We aim to process orders efficiently while maintaining the quality of our products.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Availability

We offer shipping Canada wide through Canada Post for non-perishable items such as dried mushrooms, powders, and grow kits dependent on availability. 

 

Fresh Mushroom Policy (No Shipping)

Due to their highly perishable nature, fresh mushrooms cannot be shipped under any circumstances.

 

Fresh Product Pickup Options

Fresh products are currently available for pickup at the Picton Farmer’s Market on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, starting in May.

 

Larger orders may also be arranged for pickup directly at our farm location by prior agreement.

Additional fresh pickup options and locations will be introduced in the future.

Local delivery can be arranged if you are a restaurant/business wishing to set up a supply line. Please contact us via email at emily@silverwingmushroomco.ca to make arrangements. 

 

We are not responsible for the condition of fresh products once they have been picked up and transported by the customer.

 

  1. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to food safety considerations, all sales of fresh products are final.

 

For non-perishable items, we may offer refunds or replacements if products arrive damaged or defective. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photos where applicable.
